What insurances does Cheshire Center accept? Cheshire Center accepts most major insurance carriers, we are in network with the following:

Where can I receive services?

- Cheshire Center serves in a variety of settings across the counties in Central North Carolina, including, homes, daycares, Head Starts, our clinic in Greensboro, community centers, select contracted schools and private schools, and through telehealth.
- Some restrictions to service locations may apply based on insurance plans or policies.

How and when do I pay?

- Your account balance is due weekly.
- We collect payment information as part of our intake process to automatically deduct payment the week after services are provided, i.e. if you were seen for an evaluation this week, you will be billed for it next week.
- For payments, we accept cash, check, ESA, FSA, Care Credit and all major credit cards except for Discover.
- What if I receive a bill in the mail? Pay on our payment portal online by Clicking Here
- Unpaid balances are subject to collections through an outside agency.

How do I update my insurance card or payment information if it changes?

- You can update insurance info on our patient updates form by Clicking Here
- To update any payment info, Click Here to fill out the updated payment information form or call into our office 336-375-2240. Someone is typically available from 8:30-5 Monday through Friday with a one hour lunch break from 12-1.
