Our billing department will contact your insurance company to obtain and provide to you an estimate of the out of pocket cost after insurance processes. Insurance may cover part or all of the cost depending on your plan (we recommend you also verify coverage for CPT codes 92523 and 92507 and location of services i.e. if client will be seen at home, our office, school, or daycare).
