Just got a call from a mom who had questions about billing for speech therapy. Once I answered all of her questions she wanted to let me know that, “My family loves Janice Swilley and our little girl loves her. We do not want to lose Janice.” We were able to get a financial plan in place for her so they can continue with Janice’s recommendation for therapy, but she wanted us to know how much they love and appreciate her!
